ECHO is recruiting graduate students and executive level mentors to assist our high school business teams during the academic year as they start to ideate and create a business in preparation for the business plan competition. As the teams advance through a formal curriculum in entrepreneurship, they are taught the fundamentals in business, including everything from business ideation, target markets, marketing, finance, pitch and presentation - and everything in between! It's a vibrant and dynamic program, and our executive mentors work one on one with a team of students at a high school to ensure they are on track to completing a formal business plan.

Being a mentor is fun and very rewarding. Your commitment will be about 2-4 hours a month and can be accomplished via on-site school visits, or Zoom, Skype/Facetime. You can choose the high school, or we will. Our mentors are required to complete a background check, so once you submit a Benevity Volunteer Application, you'll be contacted by Project ECHO with some next steps. It's worth it! Please join us.
