iLEAP is a social change organization that works to create more social justice and equity in the world and to lift up and sustain the community-based leaders who are the center of social change. iLEAP also develops programs in close partnership with nonprofit organizations, associations, businesses, and universities in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the United States including the International Development Exchange (IDEX), US-Japan Council, Microsoft, Center for Courage and Renewal, and the TOMODACHI Initiative.

iLEAP is a small but growing nonprofit and we are looking to streamline our technology environment.

After years of ad-hoc technology usage, we are now ready for a comprehensive overhaul of the way we approach and employ IT in our work. The goal is for iLEAP to have a robust cloud-based system where communication and information can be easily managed and shared. We believe that this will allow us to more effectively achieve our mission and will demonstrate our organizational belief in being innovative and entrepreneurial.

We see Microsoft Office 365 as a platform that will address our needs and we are looking for volunteers to help us build, migrate, and employ this new system to its fullest potential.
