Vos principales missions seront :

Backing LatAm's Middle Class Our will select 8-10 entrepreneurs who increase economic mobility, help more people move into the middle class, and address systemic barriers that exist for entering the middle class (especially those that disproportionately affect women).
We will work with startups that are creating continued growth in job opportunities, alternative access to the benefits that formal employment offers, additional opportunities to shore up financial health and even create wealth, access to financial resources, and consistent access to quality education.

During this final step of the selection process, we discuss which companies we want to be accepted in the program and why. By the end of the call, we will have the selected cohort of startups (10 to 12).

As part of the selection process, the VilCap team will put together a document with detailed information about each of the semi-finalists, the Briefing Book. We ask for volunteers to review and score each of the companies in the document to then select the final cohort of startups to participate in the program.

The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups
-Small Group Work: The company will have 30 minutes to walk you through their business model and receive feedback.
-Full Group Debrief

Before the Session:
-One week before the session, volunteers will receive a calendar invitation and a Mentor Packet including guidelines and details about the session, as well as information about the companies.
-The session will be held in spanish, but live translation to portuguese/english will be available if needed.
