Responsible for supporting growth in key target segments by driving technical marketing communication through various channels. Primary duties include creation and project management for how-to guides, knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information to both end users and internal staff. This person works closely with the cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Trainers, Product Management, and Client Support teams, to ensure successful understanding and adoption of our platforms in the region. Essential Tasks:
