JOIN US AT WATERFRONT PARK- APRIL 27 FOR THE 16th ANNUAL KEN-DUCKY DERBY!

The Ken-Ducky Derby (KDD) is an annual fundraising rubber duck race held in Louisville, KY, and is an official Kentucky Derby Festival event. Every year, thousands of rubber ducks are dropped into the Ohio River and raced to the finish line.

We need volunteers to help sell ducks and merchandise, run errands, and help to scoop the ducks out of the water and clean up after the race. All volunteers will receive a Pegasus Pin that allows FREE admission to select Kentucky Derby Festival events and of course, free t-shirts.

It’s $5 to put a duck in the race. Each duck purchased changes the lives of individuals with disabilities at Harbor House of Louisville.

Second and third place ducks go home with cash prizes, and the first place duck wins a brand new vehicle! And every duck in the race has a chance to win ONE MILLION DOLLARS sponsored by Technology Plus.
