We walk to give EVERY BABY a fighting chance. Thank you to all of our walkers, donors and volunteers who have accepted the challenge to help fight premature birth, birth defects and infant loss. We cannot achieve our mission without each one of you! The 2018 March for Babies will highlight the strength of families affected by premature birth, birth defects and the loss of a child, celebrate the strides we’ve made towards accomplishing our mission and applaud the fundraising efforts of our donors. On Saturday, April 28, 2018, more than 1,000 individuals will come together at Lake Shawnee to support the March of Dimes. Our goal is to raise a total of $100,000 for a healthier future for babies.

Opportunity Details

Each year, we have an annual banquet to raise funds for Matrix LifeCare. We share our accomplishments and struggles from the past year, hear testimonies from our clients, and extend an opportunity for our attendees to make a donation to support our mission. We need volunteers to help the evening run smoothly- they can help with registration, assisting guests, setting up decorations, and other similar tasks. We appreciate any help!

We are searching for volunteers to help us set-up, break-down, and with various activities throughout the Walk.

Our Walk to Cure Arthritis is the largest arthritis gathering in the world, celebrating our warriors, raising funds for research, resources and a cure. Arthritis affects more than 50 million Americans, including 300,000 children. They are warriors. They face relentless pain, a frustrating search for a diagnosis, multiple doctor’s visits and treatment, missed work and school, limited mobility, a maze of medical and insurance paperwork, and the desire to live a full life without the limitations that arthritis can create.

Opportunity Details

Join one of the largest MS fundraisers in the country on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at our Annual MS Walk in downtown Chicago to fund important research and services for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Illinois.

Plans are underway to make this year's event a great day of fun and festivities in support of those living with multiple sclerosis, their families, and caregivers.
