Opportunity Details

At our annual Family Fun Night, we will have carnival games, dancing, entertainers, dinner and an auction to raise money for our organization. The PTO uses these funds to enrich the lives of students in grades K-5. We connect families with one another, creating a community working together for the benefit of the children. In order for us to be able to provide services, such as field trips, assemblies, STEAM programs and technology and art in the classrooms, we are dependent on the generosity of companies like yours to help us help them.

We will need volunteers to help run the auction/raffle, serve food, run games, sell tickets, set up and clean up.

Opportunity Details

The West Freehold School is looking for volunteers to assist with the operations of our 14th Annual Gift Auction hosted at iPlay America Event Center on 3/9/18. Volunteers will be asked to assist with delivering baskets to the winners and verifying winning tickets. All volunteers will be eligible to play and receive a full 3 course buffet meal. All proceeds will directly benefit our K-5 elementary school students by enhancing school programs and providing much needed technology for classroom use. In order to insure the success of the gift auction, we need volunteers and help.

For the 3rd year in a row, join us as we host the COOLEST event this winter! Watch as DiMartino Ice Company creates Ice Sculpture works of art right before your eyes! The Chili-Cook-off will again be at The Art Center where local restaurants and organizations will compete to win the coveted Chili Bowl trophy, voted on by all who attend and sample the chili. We’ll also have more delicious food, hot drinks, wine and beer tastings, music & entertainment and so much more!
