When you foster, you save a life! Foster families are essential to CARE's rescue/adoption effort as CARE has no physical animal shelter. The greater the number of available foster homes, the greater the number of helpless animals we can save. In addition to shelter, we encourage foster volunteers to increase the adoptability of their fostered animal through socializing, housetraining, leash training, and supplying endless amounts of love! CARE provides the veterinary care and food, you provide the loving home!
