The Wisconsin Rapids Boxing Club has been chosen by the Legacy Foundation as a recipient of a matching grant up to $35,000. The Legacy Grant will assist in outfitting our new location at the Port Edwards YMCA, and securing future sustainability of the program. We are very excited by this opportunity, because it comes at a perfect time for our club. For the past 46 years, we have run our program on a very modest budget, ensuring we remained affordable for any youth that wanted to be a part of the Boxing Team. We were recently offered the opportunity to relocate to the Port Edwards YMCA, giving both our boxers and our coaches a safe, warm, and well-lit place to practice.

The Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation is partnering with Priority Environmental Solutions (dba PRO1TEK) to accomplish this task before the end of the month. PRO1TEK is a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor and EMS kitting business. Volunteers with fire, EMS, or other experience with medical kits are strongly encouraged to assist us in this endeavor, but all volunteers are welcome.

As you may know, the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin Charitable Foundation is a public charity serving as a champion for burn survivors, fire fighters, and safe communities across Wisconsin. Everyone is touched by the work we do, whether through our fire safety and prevention initiatives or the work we do to support fire fighters and their family during times of need. Obviously, our goal is to prevent fires and burns from happening at all. However, when a burn injury does occur, we are also there to provide meaningful support to burn survivors of all ages and in all stages of recovery. PRO1TEK is a supporter that makes our work possible.

We are excited for this opportunity and hope you will consider joining us. If you have any questions, please contact us at (608) 630-8440 or Mike@pffwcf.org. We sincerely appreciate you consideration of this volunteer opportunity and look forward to hearing from you soon.

CrowdDoing.world believes in the exponential potential of global collaboration to de-risk and develop social innovations and leverage diverse capabilities to realize shared goals. CrowdDoing leverages multiple intervention points and under-utilized capacities to achieve operating leverage for systems change. CrowdDoing is able to achieve this kind of compound leverage for impact across our portfolio areas from homelessness prevention, prevention derivatives, health benefits from spending time in nature, medicinal foods for stress and anxiety, and preventing isolation as a side effect of virtual volunteerism. All of these are anticipatory solutions which are allow people to get ahead of their risks of catastrophe. CrowdDoing leverages under-utilized capacities to make it feasible for our solutions to potentially reach the scale of the problems we face together.

CrowdDoing.world has initiatives in multiple areas, service-learning is integrated into all of them as life-long professional development opportunitiy:

Public Health

A: Nature counter to get people to achieve enough time in nature to get a mental health and a physical health benefit across days, weeks, months and years of their life.
B. Biophelia to get hospitals to embrace vertical gardens to prevent opioid addiction and medical mistakes.
C. Foods & herbs that can alleviate stress, sleep & anxiety

Sustainability

Prevention derivatives-for preventing catastrophic risk to health and property instead of risk transfer markets.
B. Debt for Nature- i.e., forgive debt to address gap in conservation and regeneration.
C. Crypto impact potential sustainability index

3, Anti-poverty

Homelessness prevention through zero-subsidy affordable housing based on appreciation-based financing models (learning from the history of Stanford University's application of off-campus professor housing programs),
B. Crypto-impact-potential anti-poverty index.
Sweat equity diversification vehicle for social innovation products, services and organizations.
Systems Change Research & Development
Systems change research and development: #systemschange youtube show and podcast,
B. ""Doppelgangers United"" as radical collaboration cluster.
C. CrowdDoing.world's venture lab

The only way CrowdDoing.world can realize its impact potential is through virtual volunteers, service learners(http://blog.reframeit.com/service-learning-and-skilled-volunteering/), and micro-leaders (https://real-leaders.com/leveraging-micro-leadership-to-make-aspirational-goals-achievable/) coming together.

See this brief video aboutMicro-leadership at CrowdDoing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhdB2YJ8Ocs&app=desktop). Micro-leadership means that each person adopts a dimension of responsibility for a collective problem in our society through collaborating on that area creatively individually and together through social innovation.

There are more than 100 randomized-control-trials that show time in nature creates a public health benefit. https://www.instagram.com/p/CCkHer_hlzg/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link. Marketing volunteer for CrowdDoing.world's systemic change fund.

What is CrowdDoing.world's systemic change fund?
CrowdDoing.world's systemic change fund addresses this challenge.

How can everyone be able to economically afford to work on what they love?

How can sweat equity diversification of investment allow more people to afford to work on what they love?

If social enterprises and impact funds could collaborate to reduce the friction in capital access, this could help them access more of the right expertise as they need it. This approach can allow a diverse set of sweat-equity- staff to participate in early-stage social enterprises. This kind of flexibility can be made possible if a fraction of sweat-equity-staff remuneration could be secured in a portfolio of social enterprises, rather than only one.c
The Systemic Change Fund connects the impact community of experts, CrowdDoing volunteers, and institutions able to provide a range of in-kind services and goods-to be able to undertake collaborative capacity-building in support of social enterprises and social innovation.

More people could eventually be able to economically afford to work on what they love, if sweat equity staff could achieve economic diversification comparable to impact investors. Social enterprises are already places for inspiration, but they rarely have the capital to pay for help; their equity is a large, undiversified risk for the sweat equity investor. The Systemic Change Fund offers integral capital financing for every stage of development, for social enterprises that have truly transformational impact potential. Genesis partners with a capacity-building group of allies, to support different kinds of social innovation and social enterprise goals, through revenue-share-grounded-based in-kind lines of credit to participating social enterprises. The social enterprises with equity lines of credit for in-kind resources, can draw these down as easily as cloud services can be requested in the form of storage or computing power.
