Opportunity Details

In support of Dance Marathon and Children's Hospital and Medical Center, we are looking for volunteers to do some holiday baking at the Rainbow House! These wonderful families who stay at the Rainbow House currently have a child at Children's, and they are likely unable to go home for the holidays. To lighten up their spirits, we will be baking holiday treats for them!

This is an annual fundraising for ACR Health. It is a cardboard sledding derby where teams build their own sleds from cardboard, duct tape, and paint, and race each other down tubing hills. Afterward, participants gather in our heated tent to sample local foods and beverages.

The Champaign-Urbana Walk will be an incredible morning of raising awareness and funds for eating disorder programs, education outreach, and the support of individuals and families. We want to build community, inspire activism, and work with a diverse group of individuals that support NEDA’s goals and interests.

It is critical to connect with as many people as possible because 30 million people suffer from a clinically significant eating disorder at some time in their life. This would be a fantastic opportunity to stand with those affected by eating disorders and foster necessary dialogue about eating disorders.
