CrowdDoing E-Learning Project Management Expert Volunteer Leaders Needed.CrowdDoing is seeking through volunteers E-Learning Project Management Expert Volunteer Leaders Needed. We are developing service learning courses for project managers that use projects relevant to the SDGs and to managing for multiple stakeholders as the examples. We're creating portfolio of mini & larger online service learning-based courses and need e-learning experts, marketing experts, go-to-market experts, curriculum development volunteers, leadership team our our e-learning initiatives, project managing for stakeholder interest requires an awareness of stakeholder potential for benefit. If project managers in general thought about stakeholders and not just executive they report to that would help the world.
We aim for dual use materials-free for internal volunteer project management training for volunteers and external courses. Our goal is to increase the fraction of project management that is managing stakeholder interest and non treating stakeholders like public relations.
We would have the goal to shift how project managers think about managing stakeholder interests from taking the courses. Our aim is a portfolio of e-learning service learning course options having a series of free content publicly and paid content at more advanced levels which would still be free to our volunteers. Our goal would be democratizing the skills of managing stakeholder interests rather than stakeholder perceptions management. That contributes to the discourse around how to achieve stakeholder goals and to project management as a tool for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. ""... ""I think its partially from saying that project management learning from the social enterprise sector would accommodate the interests of project stakeholders. For example, if a project has a risk of a delay, if it is key to a stakeholder category, that is a stronger reason to delay/expand scope than if all stakeholder categories are beneficiaries to varying degrees. There are associations of people working on ""complex partnerships"" which is really the extension of project management to managing interests of stakeholders. That is why we want to create service learning PM online courses.
Extensive experience in one or multiple of the following:
1. E-learning course development,
2. E-learning platform go-to-market,
3. UN SDGs & project management,
4. Project management training of others.
5. Project management dependency analysis training of others/teaching project management.
6. Project management automation/project management technology.
7. E-learning revenue model development,
8. Service learning curriculum development,
9. Project management template creation

Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful has the vision of a vibrant Coyote Creek, located in San Jose. We work with many partners to accomplish this by both mobilizing community resources and participation, and by engaging community members to become the creek’s advocates and caretakers. Our nonprofit is now six-years-old, and we are in need of a board member who wants to help raise money for us. The primary focus would be on donor engagement and development, but can include grant writing. Currently, we have about 4 grants amounting to about $200,000. We can grow this with more program grants and large and recurring gifts.
Now would be a good time to join since we just created a 5-year strategic plan. Your knowledge and input would be very beneficial to our organization so that we plan our growth in a structured manner giving careful consideration to the funding sources that will match our organizational growth direction.

We are looking for a Google Ads expert who can help us get going with this. Google offers $10,000 in free advertising a month, and we are definitely not taking advantage of that generosity. A Google Ads expert for us needs to understand the unique nuances that Google has established for nonprofits, which includes constraints on URLs, keywords, and other factors. We want to use this tool to drive more people to our events, which help to broaden their knowledge of Coyote Creek while engaging in fun and educational outdoor activities, such as our Kelley Park Sunset Walks during the summer months, bike rides and backpacking trips, or the monthly BioBlitz events where people learn to slow down and see the little things that live in and around our creeks. Additionally, as we grow, we'll need to advertise for staff and additional resources.
