The Walk to End Alzheimer's is our biggest annual fundraiser and every step we take together brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer's. Come interact with community volunteers and hundreds of walkers of all ages at this morning of inspiration and hope.

A number of volunteer opportunities are available, from registering walkers to passing out food and drinks. Want to walk too? No problem! We have plenty of openings that accommodate volunteering and walking for the cause. Hope to see you there!

Girl Scouts of Central Illinois proudly presents Diamonds, Desserts & Distinction on Thursday, September 12, 2019, 6:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at CityView Banquet and Meeting Center, 4th floor of the Illinois Terminal.

This signature event will once again feature the Flora Gems Sweet Surprise Wall, a Girl Scout cookie-inspired desserts competition among local chefs, and recognition of Visit Champaign County CEO/President Jayne Turpin DeLuce as our 2019 Woman of Distinction.

Within our 38-county council GSCI serves over 20,000 girls, leaders, and their families. Within the greater Champaign area, we serve over 3,000. Your support will help us make a significant difference in the lives of these girls through empowering programs like the arts, financial literacy, healthy living, outdoor education, and STEM (science, technology, engineering and math).

We are excited to host the third annual Cookies and Cocktails on Thursday, September 26 at 5:30 p.m. in a new location – the beautiful Illini Country Club!

This unique event features a creative culinary competition where talented local chefs create a variety of delectable desserts inspired by Girl Scout cookies. The evening also includes a spectacular silent auction and raffle, delicious dinner stations and a cash bar.

Funds raised through the event will support local Girl Scout programs that teach essential life skills in STEM, financial literacy, civic engagement/advocacy, health/wellness, and the arts.

Scholarship Opportunities
Advocacy at the State and Federal level to protect the rights of people with bleeding disorders
