We’re looking for a 2D Animator to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:
- Create 1-3 minute cartoon videos for our educational music series
- Use animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony) to produce animations that meet technical and creative requirements
- Maintain consistency of style and quality throughout the animation process, while adhering to project deadlines and production schedules
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in 2D animation techniques, tools, and technologies

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in lip-syncing and character animation
- Knowledge of software applications like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Toon Boom
- Knowledge of 2D animation techniques and trends
- Knowledge of animation principles, timing, and character posing
- Strong portfolio showcasing your animation skills and creativity

We need your help making: Towel Sets, Cutlery Sets, Hygiene Kits, Cleaning Kits, Rolling Pillows, and more!

The Welcome Home Project Volunteer Program invites community members to participate in building kits and sets that will be included in our signature Welcome Home Project packages. These packages are distributed to homeless individuals and families transitioning into permanent housing.

How To Get Started
1. Gather a group of 10-25 volunteers.

- Focus on representing cultural music from specific countries, including China, Japan, India, Africa, and others, highlighting key musical elements, traditions, and historical context
- Provide engaging lessons on a variety of music genres, including Jazz, Blues, R&B, Country, Folk, and Rock, exploring their historical context, unique characteristics, and contributions to music history
- Provide students with fundamental theory lessons, covering topics such as keys, scales, modes, chords, and time signatures, and explaining how these elements contribute to the uniqueness of each genre
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources, including multimedia presentations, live demonstrations, listening sessions, and hands-on activities, to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging students to explore and appreciate diverse musical traditions, cultures, and perspectives
