We are looking for someone to support our busy office staff!

The Homeless Garden Project office is always bustling with activity! At our office, we are conducting recordkeeping, fundraising, coordination and business operations. Our office is located in downtown Santa Cruz, near the wharf.

We are looking for someone who can make a regular weekly commitment for at least 6 months. Training and orientation will be provided. Opportunities take place during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. Volunteers should be comfortable interacting with others, and able to follow instructions.

Tasks include:

Compiling records
Completing mailings
Clerical tasks
Posting flyers
Editing documents
Data entry
greeting and assisting office visitors
opening and sorting mail
organizing materials and assembling packets

Opportunity Details

I am excited to announce planning is underway for our 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. It will take place on Friday, September 20, 2019 at Hangman Valley Golf Course in Spokane, WA. It is a full day event filled with food, fun and a fantastic way to raise money for the youth of Spokane.
After an exciting afternoon of golf, we gather in the evening to enjoy a dinner and auction/raffle. A tournament like this is not possible without the help from all of our generous donors and tournament volunteers. We would love for you to consider spending a day with us on the course.
