The purpose of the Barn and Wellness Support role is to assist with the daily care of therapy horses and help maintain a calm, welcoming environment that supports healing for our clients. This includes barn chores, grooming, organizing supplies, and helping prepare the space for Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy (EFP) sessions.
This activity is vital because it ensures the safety and well-being of our equine partners—who are central to the therapeutic process—and creates a supportive setting for individuals participating in trauma recovery.
