EAA Chapter 33 will be hosting several events the weekend of June 8th. One part of the weekend will be part of our Young Eagles program where we give free flights to kids ages 8-17 to expose them to general aviation. We are also hosting two historic aircraft a Ford Tri-Motor and a B-25. The aircraft will be on display and selling rides all weekend. All proceeds from the event go towards keeping the historic aircraft flying as well as funding our youth flight training scholarships. We are also hoping to do a chapter build with area teens like many other chapters have done so additional funds will go towards funding that effort. This will provide youth an opportunity to get hands on experience of what goes into designing and building an aircraft.
