The Soul of Austin Culture festival features a diverse offerings of dance performances, live music, arts, crafts, and food vendors from the Black, Native American, Asian, Latin American, African and other diverse communities.

The festival is an opportunity for residents and visitors alike to gain a better understanding of the diversity our community brings and forge new friendships. Austin is one of the most diverse cities in the state of Texas and we need more opportunities to get to know each other, celebrate each other and preserve our history. This is an annual event.

Opportunity Details

Altrusa International of Warsaw, IN, Inc. plans and provides an annual bingo event to benefit The Beaman Home (Kosciusko County Shelter for Abuse). Each year, we have been honored to have Kohl's volunteers help with the event. The Beaman Home has provided shelter, counceling, and education to victims of domestic violence and their children.
