We would like to have some IT help . We have just moved to a new office and set up and getting the computer in sync would be a great help.

Join us as we work to prepare to feed families in need. Volunteers assist with separating like items for clients, bagging food and cleaning up. Shifts are usually 3 hours long and take place in various locations because we are mobile.
Many meals are distributed through our Mobile pantry and summer feeding programs. volunteers. Sort and pack food at our mobile facility SOH is serving
through "Our Mobile Community Pantry", a client shops in the food pantry for food that is interesting to the family We are Mobile so we can be any where or at Job fair site or a school area. Volunteers . Interact with and assist staff by helping with shopping, and placing items in bags for clients and checking out dates on can items . check out and stocking. We cant do it with out . Come out and Enjoy

Job Description
Title: Speakers Bureau Volunteer
Reports To: Janet Smith, Development Director
Purpose: Speakers Bureau Volunteers will help spread the message of the important work of Trusted World and our impact in the community.

Responsibilities
• Attend Speakers Bureau Training
• Represent Trusted World at a variety of community events by verbally presenting facts about Trusted World’s mission.
• Attend check presentations and publicly thank supporters and donors. Explain how their support is helping change the way nonprofits work in our local community.
• Maintain an understanding of the history, mission, and impact of Trusted World.
• Complete a brief evaluation following speaking engagements.
• Have fun and help spread the word about how Trusted World is changing the way nonprofits work in North Texas and around the world.
Qualifications
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups of people
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn how Trusted World operates
• Timely and dependable
• Possess reliable transportation
• Available to attend events during the weekday, evening, or weekends
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Belief in the importance of the mission of Trusted World
Time Commitment: Speakers Bureau volunteers are expected to commit to a minimum of two speaking engagements per year, as opportunities are available.
Volunteer Training: Training will be provided to all interested volunteers. Speakers Bureau training will be offered four times a year. July -Sept-Jan-March
