Opportunity Details

Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

The WTCA is being held on Saturday, April 28th at Whitaker Bank Ball Park in Lexington, Kentucky. Registration is at 9:00am and the Walk begins at 10:00am. We welcome volunteers to assist us with set up and other logistics on event day. For more detailed volunteer information, please contact Molly Young at 502.632.3674. We need help handing out water, food, course signs and misc tasks. This event is family & dog friendly and more like a festival, with booths, free food and a Kids Zone. Walkers have an option of a 1 or 3 mile route.

Free food and drink to volunteers as well. Come out and join us! Thank you in advance!
