Opportunity Details

The St. Christopher Truckers Fund would like to expand our impact in health and wellness. In order to do so, we are looking for a volunteer(s) to help write grants for health related projects. Truck drivers the most vital workers for the country; however, the trucking industry makes up the most unhealthy group of professionals--we'd love to help change that! We currently offer tobacco cessation, diabetes prevention, chronic disease management, at-home cancer screenings, and vaccine vouchers. We want to grow these programs and get more participants involved but to do this we need additional funding. We would love you to join our cause to help the Highway Heroes that bring us all of our wants and needs!

We are having our annual walk in May so we will throw a Rally in March.
The Rally will be a fun and interactive party that will get the community excited to participate in the upcoming 5k walk.
Volunteers will assist with registration, encourage fundraising, and run Hot Cocoa & Coffee Stations.
Come learn about NAMI Kansas and help us raise mental health awareness!
