Job Profile: Talent Development Coordinator

Duties:

- Identify and nurture the hidden talent of every child.
- Provide personalized guidance to each child to enhance their talent according to their individual needs.
- Prepare children for performances at various events, including Diwali, New Year, and competitions.
- Teach children Arts and Crafts such as creating beautiful greeting cards.
- Help children prepare performances on rhymes.
- Take on any other related work assigned by the management.

It is not important that you already know dance, arts & crafts already. But you should have the will to learn it from Google or from anywhere else and then teach it to kids.

Join Melanoma Canada onboard the Mole Mobile, Canada's first mobile skin cancer screening unit. The unit will be travelling across Canada Canada over the next 4 years screening patients for skin cancer.

The Mole Mobile will be at the Toronto Auto Show from Feb 16-25th conducting skin cancer screenings.

Join us a volunteer to help get patients registered before they hop on board, help sell raffle tickets to fund the mobile, and help support the dermatologists who screen our patient community.

Greentech LatAm 2024: The Future of Sustainability will support early-stage companies who are creating locally viable solutions focused on cleantech and climate tech, agtech and food security, circular and regenerative economy, natural resource management, water sanitation, and health in Latin America. The companies will participate in 3 weeks of virtual workshops where they will have the opportunity to analyze their business from different perspectives and be better prepared to keep growing.

This session will happen during the third virtual workshop, where the teams will gain insight from mentors (including Moody’s volunteers) into the biggest strategic challenges they are facing as a company and gain experience leading a board meeting. We are looking for volunteers within the organization that can offer insight into business development, strategic planning, capacity building, and customer discovery.

The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups: Each group will consist of 2+ mentors and two companies.
-Small Group Work: The entrepreneurs will introduce their company and present their strategic challenges to then receive insight from mentors.
-Full Group Debrief

Before the Session:
-Volunteers will receive a calendar invitation and a Mentor Packet including information about the session and the companies one week before the session.

This session will happen during the second virtual workshop, where startups will meet in a simulated Advisory Meeting with mentors (including Moody’s volunteers) to learn more about the stakeholders in their industry and to gain new perspectives on their strategic milestone plan, specifically around client acquisition, differentiation, and product-market fit. We are looking for volunteers within the organization that can offer insight into customer targeting, acquisition, differentiation, and product-market fit.

The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups: Each group will consist of 2+ mentors and two companies.
-Small Group Work: Each company will do a product demo and will outline a strategic challenge they are facing in customer acquisition to then get feedback from mentors.
-Full Group Debrief.

Before the Session:
-Volunteers will receive a calendar invitation and a Mentor Packet including information about the session and the companies one week before the session.

We are looking for volunteers within the organization that can offer insight into mapping a market opportunity process (TAM, SAM, SOM) and an understanding of what realistic objectives look like in terms of expansion and consolidation.

The session will follow this format:
-Introductions and Break into Small Groups: Each group will consist of 2+ mentors and two companies.
-Small Group Work: Each company will have 30 minutes to present their market analysis and receive feedback on whether they have correctly analyzed their market size and capture.
-Full Group Debrief.

Before the Session:

-Small Group Work: Each company will have 35 minutes to go over their customer discovery plan and get feedback from mentors.

The companies will participate in 3 weeks of virtual workshops where they will have the opportunity to analyze their business from different perspectives and be better prepared to keep growing.

As a final step of the selection process, the Selection Committee (Village Capital team and Moody’s representatives) will get together in a call to discuss which companies they want to accept into the program. At the end of this call, a cohort will be selected.

The event will follow this format:
- The first 40 minutes of the call, the Village Capital team will discuss with Moody’s representatives the potential companies that will be part of the cohort.

-The remaining time will be used to clarify any doubts that Moody’s representatives may have and to take a final decision
