Join us September 22nd - 24th at Bike MS: Oregon!Bike MS is the largest charity cycling series in the country. Our community has raised an incredible $1.4 billion to fuel the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s mission to cure MS while empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives.
Bike MS brings together passionate people who connect in communities nationwide and raise funds to change the world for everyone affected by multiple sclerosis. Plans are underway to make this year's event a great weekend of fun and festivities in support of those living with multiple sclerosis, their families, and caregivers.

Volunteers will receive sample questions, an interview guide, and a feedback form to assess the interviewee’s performance.Since 2000, NPower is on a mission to move people from poverty to the middleclass through tech skills training and quality job placement. June 25, 2023 we are doing our first Southern Dallas Vaccination Climic. The services will be free for the residence in the neighborhood. Our goal is to vaccinate, educate, and provide needed resources to 75-100 pets. This area is one of the highest sectors in Dallas for pet surrenders. 70% of Dallas Animal Services Dogs come from the Southern Sector. Our goal is to start a boots on the ground grass roots to tackle a-lot of issues that come from lack of resources, education, and enforcement.We need volunteers to assist with set up- event coordination- assistance with various activities during event- break down. Opportunity Details
The two libraries are part of The Palapa Society Learning Center, which also houses a middle and high school. The adult library has over 9,000 books; the children's has 4,000+ books and are staffed by a Director and a small group of volunteers. Additional volunteer help is needed to realize special projects, such as special events, book culls, section reorganization, uploading books into the database and labelling books.

Key Responsibilities- Using the Wix platform to design and develop websites, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually pleasing design.
- Understanding our requirements and translating them into website features and functionalities
- Integrating best practises for website design and development, such as user-friendly navigation, SEO optimization, and responsiveness.
- Editing website content and modifying website templates, plugins, and third-party tools.
- Testing and troubleshooting websites to make sure they run smoothly and are compatible with all major browsers and mobile platforms.
- Keeping up with the current advances in web design and development and incorporating creative concepts into website projects.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in creating websites, particularly on the Wix platform
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency.
- A thorough knowledge of UI/UX best practices and web design fundamentals.
- Understanding of SEO implementation and guiding principles.
- Outstanding ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to project deadlines.
- Effective collaboration and strong communication skills with clients and team members.
