Dads (or other fathers figures) and daughters can spend the evening enjoying a meal and each others company at the Daddy Daughter Sock Hop for St. John Fraser. This event will be located at Infinity Hall in Fraser. Volunteers will be helping serve dinner to the guests, prepare and set out items for dessert, and clean up as time is available.

Please join us as a volunteer at the 23rd Annual Red & White, home of Akron Life magazine’s 330 Flavor Awards, benefitting the Arthritis Foundation. Red & White is Akron’s premier strolling food and wine event. The evening will feature chef-inspired tastings from finalists and winners of the 330 Flavor Awards to celebrate the top food and beverage talent of the 330 area. Guests will also enjoy wine and craft beer tastings. Additional highlights include an exclusive VIP lounge featuring specialty cocktails, silent and live auctions, exciting raffles and more! Opportunity Details

An Annual awards ceremony, a black tie gala where student athletes, mostly seniors heading to college, are honored for their accomplishments in the classroom, their perspective sport and community in spite of the obstacles and challenges they face. They are celebrated, encouraged and assured that they will succeed. We also have adult honorees whose contributions to society are the very examples we want to highlight for the students. This year's master of ceremony is ABC7 Eyewitness News sports anchor, Curt Sandoval.
One of our goals is to be able to distribute scholarships to the students in an effort to assist with the necessities associated with college. We want them to be equipped with everything they need to succeed.
For the gala, we provide rented tuxedos for the gentlemen and we would like to provide formal gowns and glam teams for our young lady honorees. One of our long term goals is to have an entire weekend dedicated to celebrating our honorees, which would include the gala, community service and activities.
