Your team will be crafting, creating and assembling these super fun themed packages guaranteed to deliver a boost of hope and hours of activity for these special children during their hospital stay. Hope Boxes contain all components required to assemble the Hope Bags. A prepaid UPS label is also included to take your donation to your local facility. If your team cannot complete the box within two weeks of your scheduled event please contact your hope box coordinator as children are awaiting your Hope Box donation. Opportunity Details

The Dysart Dash 5K is an annual fundraiser in support of Dysart Schools! This event is open to the public. Proceeds from the race benefit Dysart students and teachers through the Dysart Education Foundation (DEF). DEF offers teacher mini-grants for innovative classroom projects and scholarships for graduating seniors.
The El Mirage Salute to Veterans Celebration will be from 8:00 am to noon, following the race. This is a community partnership between the Dysart Education Foundation and the City of El Mirage. The El Mirage event is free and open to the public.

Opportunity Details

We are needing help creating animal masks for our Tulsa Muscle Walk coming up on October 6th. We could drop off all the supplies to your store and provide an example to your associates.
The masks would need to be cut out of the printed stencil, hole punched on each side and then tied with a string on one side.

Muscle Walk is more than a fundraising walk. It’s a powerful experience that forges lifelong connections, celebrates families and the barriers they overcome and turns hope into answers.
Volunteers will assist with event set up, participant registration, manning activity or refreshment booths, manning our face painting station and animal mask stations, cheering on our teams as they participate in the walk, and helping with event tear down.

This year, food drives will look different because of the Covid-19 pandemic. To minimize the risk of holding an event in person, we encourage you, your family, or your organization to host a virtual food drive!

How it works:

EFN will create a personalized email with a donation link that you can forward to members of your group. You will be able to keep track of the donations that come through your link, and we will keep you updated on how your collection is going.

The money collected will be used to help EFN distribute food to our pantry programs. Your donations will allow EFN to purchase food in bulk, solicit food donations, and distribute food to pantries. For every $1 donated, EFN can distribute 5 meals.

Setting up your virtual Food Drive couldn't be easier! All we need from you is:
1. A contact name and email (phone number optional)
2. A title for your food drive
3. A start and end date
4. A logo or photo to include in the email (optional)

September 2019 - We are looking for a volunteer to assist with online program reservations. This is an on-going and very important support role of our organization.

The main skills needed are having a comfort with email, using Microsoft Excel, and attention to detail.

You will compile the list of reservations for our educational programs, indicating membership status, payment status, and taking down contact information for attendees. This includes reservation notifications from our website and those called into our receptionist.

As we approach the maximum attendance available for each program, you will contact our webmaster and receptionist to let them know that we are full.
