Tu experiencia profesional es invaluable: vas a ayudarles a revisar su CV, practicar entrevistas de trabajo o simplemente compartir tu camino y cómo llegaste a tu profesión. Este mentoreo es clave para que los jóvenes adquieran las herramientas y la confianza necesarias para su inserción laboral y desarrollo personal.¿Por qué es importante tu Voluntariado?
Muchos jóvenes con gran potencial carecen de los contactos y la orientación que otros tienen. Tu acompañamiento puede abrirles puertas y perspectivas. Inviting organizations to take part in Corporate Clothing DriveThis initiative supports Dress for Success Orillia and Barrie in collecting high-quality professional clothing for women and non-binary individuals in Simcoe County who are entering or re-entering the workforce.
With their participation, we can empower even more clients on their journey toward financial independence and employment success. It collectively allows a group of co-workers to work together towards supporting their community, gaining knowledge of the lack of support people receive trying to re-enter the workforce. Dress For Success Orillia Barrie, help all of Simcoe county.
Here's how it works:
They will Form a Team: Rallying staff and colleagues to donate gently used, workplace-appropriate clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Compete to Give: The team that collects the most items and will win exciting rewards—and community recognition!
