The JoyRx Mentorship program fosters trusted companionship to inspire laughter and distraction. The only program of its kind in the nation, our trained, adult volunteer JoyRx Mentors provide emotional support to children in treatment and critical support to parents who endure the hardships of extensive treatment and long hospital stays with their child.

Our Hallway Musicians are a critical piece of our programing, filling the hospital lobbies and hallways with music. This truly transforms the hospital environment for kids, families, and staff from the moment they enter the building. Hallway Musicians do not visit individual rooms and must stay in the common spaces of the hospital.
