Opportunity Details

The Bronx Zoo is one of 13 locations across the U.S. that will host a Dystonia Zoo Walk in 2019. Last year, Dystonia Zoo Walks in 12 cities drew over 5,000 participants. This will be a family-friendly community day at the Zoo to raise awareness about dystonia, a devastating neurological disease and to support the work of the DMRF. Participants are invited to walk as much or as little as they would like; there are no mileage goals and no pledge money needed to participate in the Walk. Volunteers from Kohl's supported this event in 2016 and 2017.
