We need your help for our 2018 Central Florida Autism Speaks' Walk Community Distribution weekend! Go to your selected region to stop by local shops, libraries, community centers, and other small businesses to ask for their help in creating awareness simply by displaying posters and Walk brochures on their front window and counter.

To help us spread awareness for the Walk we need dedicated volunteers to ensure 100 locations in each city are covered! Each volunteer is responsible for getting 10 locations committed to displaying the promo materials. Track each location by taking a photo or getting a business card! All materials will be provided. Thank you in advance for helping us create awareness!

Opportunity Details

Each Thursday evening volunteers are needed to deliver meals to those living in local extended stay motels. By being a part of meal delivery, volunteers are not only able to meet the physical needs of those served; but volunteers also are able to use each meal to help folks get connected to local resources and next steps. This is an opportunity for all ages, however children who are under 16 will need to serve alongside a parent or guardian. This is a great opportunity for groups of 5 or 10 people.

Opportunity Details

Each Thursday morning volunteers are needed to assemble sack meals that are designed to create connection points for those living locally in extended stay motels. Volunteers on Thursday morning make sandwiches, assemble bags, fold resource sheets, and color bags. This is opportunity is for all ages, however, to serve on the assembly line, volunteers must be 15 and older. This is a great opportunity for groups of 5 to 10 people.
