Great local race. Even better cause. Volunteer and give back to the community at the 21st annual Rip City Race for the Roses on Sunday, April 28th. Race begins and ends in the Rose Quarter.
We hope you will considering joining Albertina Kerr, United Healthcare, the Portland Trailblazers, Nike, and other great sponsors in a day of fun and community wellness. Rip City Race for the Roses includes a half-marathon, 10K, 5K, and Nike Made to Play 1K kids and family run, walk, or roll. All proceeds will benefit Albertina Kerr programs supporting children, youth, and adults with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities.

The event includes participants will play volleyball with a 4 foot ball, camaraderie, silent auction, drawings, and more. This event has approx. 350 participants and 30 volunteers.

This is a once a year event for the individuals in the Vocational Day program. We provide music, food and this year will have a Fashion Show. The event is not open to the public because the day is for our clients to shine.
The food is free to our clients, and the food is donated as well as the DJ. Staff serves the clients, and the day is Special for everyone
