Walk to Cure Arthritis is the Arthritis Foundation’s nationwide signature event that unites communities across the country to put an end to arthritis. We aren't just helping the millions of people with arthritis to live better; we're charting the course to a cure.

Bring your dogs out for a fun morning at Gulley Park in Fayetteville while we raise funds and awareness for the humane treatment of animals. Registration begins at 9 a.m., dog contests at 10 a.m. and the family fun walk around the park begins at 11 a.m. In addition, attendees and their dogs will enjoy information booths, dog demonstrations, a fun photo booth, dunk tank, face painting and much more. Meet our Grand Marshal Marley Grace Patrick. Register at the event $20 for HSO members and $25 for non-members. Registration includes lunch and a t-shirt, and goodie bag. Companion passes for families or friends are available for an additional $5 with a paid registration and doesn't include a t-shirt. Kids 5 and under are free. You can pre-register now at www.hsozarks.org. Microchipping will be available for an additional $20 and includes implanting of the microchip by a veterinarian and the microchip registration fee. Proceeds support Humane Society of the Ozarks programs including rescue/adoption, low cost spay/neuter assistance, emergency vet assistance, feral cat trap/neuter/return (TNR), and community education. Walk MS is a charity walk series that take place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually. We've been walking since 1988 and to date have raised more than $920 million to drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most.

The success of Walk MS is directly related to the wonderful volunteers who help
make the event a great experience. We are generally looking for set-up, check-in, greeters, route support, rest stop help, photography, finish line celebration and tear down.
