Gather your gaming squad for an exciting opportunity to make a difference! With Gamers4Action, you can unite your passion for gaming with a mission to support children and families impacted by emergencies. How You Can Get Involved: Host a Mini Tournament: Gather colleagues and friends to form a team and create a fun gaming tournament, all while fundraising through Tiltify to support UNICEF’s global initiatives.

In-Person Fun: If you have access to a venue, consider hosting the tournament at your workplace and invite everyone to join the excitement!

Live Streaming: If your workplace has streaming capabilities, broadcast your event live and encourage donations in real-time.

This opportunity is to help out a local nonprofit with set up and clean up for our annual fundraising auction. The nonprofit is called Andando. We were locally founded in Jefferson, Oregon. Our mission is to work with families and communities in rural Senegal (West Africa) to help build pathways out of poverty.

Needs/Volunteer shifts- Oct 24, 2024:
3:00p- 7:00p (ish) | 5-8 volunteers to help set up the silent auction, dress the tables, set up the Dessert Dash, check guests in, etc.

7:00- 8:30p (ish) | 3-5 volunteers to bus tables and clean up the Dessert Dash and other areas

8:30-10:00p | 5-6 volunteers to help clean up the venue

The Northwest Railway Museum is preparing for its popular Santa and Holiday Express Trains that begin November 29th. We need 10 volunteers to join us on Friday, November 1 from 10 a.m. -2 p.m. or Friday, November 8th, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Super fun and reward activity and you will be a joy spreader for our upcoming holiday season.

Our 6 Degrees event brings you into direct conversation with underserved middle school scholars who are considering their future opportunities. Your participation will make it possible to create valuable connections that increase students' depth of knowledge about college and career pathways. Scholars will visit career booths and network with you. You will mentor them through 1:1 conversations where you introduce your profession, share your experiences in the field, educate about skills required, recommend colleges, and review student resumes.
