The purpose of the annual art show is to feature artwork the students have created throughout the year. Some of the items are featured for a silent auction, conducted during the course of the event.

This year, we will also conduct a raffle for items, donated to the school, for the purposes of raising money, to support the cause of building a new playground, for the elementary and middle-school students, with the top prize being five, one day, park hopper tickets, to Disney World.

Share HOPE with thousands of mini-Hope Heroes recently impacted by Hurricane Michael! The Happy Hope Factory is teaming up with United Way-Tallahassee to deliver special Happy Hope Bags to children in the coastal Florida communities affected by the recent storm. Teams are needed over the next four weeks to assemble, pack and ship up to 5,000 Happy Hope Bags. Hope Boxes contain all components required to assemble 24 Happy Hope Bags, and a prepaid UPS label will be included to ship completed boxes directly to the United Way’s distribution center. We can all be Hope Heroes, thank you for packaging happiness and smiles for children in need of a boost of hope!

The Pueblo Child Advocacy Center (PCAC) will be hosting our 20th Annual Blue Tie Gala, which will directly benefit the children and families we serve at the Center. The PCAC is an imperative organization to the Pueblo community and surrounding counties. We intervene on child abuse, in any form, by hosting the child and their caregivers here, at the Center where the child will not be re-victimized by repeating their story to several agencies. Instead, in a child-friendly setting, one forensic interviewer establishes rapport with the child based on scientific development, and conducts a one-time interview that is recorded and witnessed by the detectives/social services, in a separate room. We provide advocacy for the child, resources for the family and support through and beyond the life of the case. The multidisciplinary team (law enforcement, social services, medical providers, prosecutors, etc.) all meet at the Center, as a hub for all-involved agencies to coordinate. Last year, we served over 500 individuals. The Blue Tie Gala is a fundraiser for the organization; we would need volunteers to help with set up and possibly clean up on 4/26/2019, beginning at approximately 4:00 p.m. The event will be held at Colorado State University-Pueblo and begins at 6:00 p.m.

Join us for our 2nd annual field day, Dolphin Day! Our goal is to provide a fun-filled day outside, where students are working together as a team to compete and participate in fun physical activities. This is the event of the year that helps the students celebrate all their hard work during the school year. This is also apart of the goodbye send off for 5th grade!
