LaloBoy Foundation will be hosting LaloBoy's 10th Annual Spirit of Giving Event. Children aged 6-16 select two free gifts for their parents or caregivers and create a Christmas card in our welcoming "gift shop." We also provide complimentary gift wrapping and cards to add that special touch. Kids aged 3-5 will enjoy a fun Christmas ornament craft, allowing their creativity to shine. While the children engage in the gift shop, parents can attend our parent presentations (available in English and Spanish) or explore our Resource Fair, where they'll find valuable information and resources.

LaloBoy believes in bringing families together, even and especially when finances are tight. We aim to create a sense of community and share joy in everything that we do. Including our children in the tradition of giving during the holiday season empowers them and teaches generosity and gratitude. LaloBoy’s Gift Giving experience instills the value of family and boosts a child's self-esteem, as they realize that giving can be more rewarding than receiving. It further validates and encourages important social skills such as communication, decision-making and cooperation. Encouraging kids to give gifts to their parents helps them express love and gratitude, strengthening family bonds. It is truly heartwarming to witness the radiant smiles on a child's proud face after they've personally chosen gifts for their parents. The smiles are always the “why” to our event.
