Walk MS is a charity walk series that take place in over 550 locations with more than 330,000 people participating annually. We've been walking since 1988 and to date have raised more than $920 million to drive groundbreaking research, provide life-changing programs and guarantee a supportive community for those who need it most.

The success of Walk MS is directly related to the wonderful volunteers who help
make the event a great experience. We are generally looking for set-up, check-in, greeters, route support, rest stop help, photography, finish line celebration and tear down.

Opportunity Details

Our NCDT dancers have worked hard to be ready to take classes all day while they are at Regional Dance America's Mid-States Festival at the end of May 2018 in Wisconsin. They had two dances adjudicated and had both accepted. They will be performing those two dances at the evening performances. It is here and during the classes that they will be evaluated for college admission, scholarships and even opportunities to audition with professional companies. Since not all parents are able to attend this, we wish to provide them with some care packages from home to help nourish their bodies and spirit.

Your team will be crafting, creating and assembling these super fun themed packages guaranteed to deliver a boost of hope and hours of activity for these special children during their hospital stay. Hope Boxes contain all components required to assemble the Hope Bags. A prepaid UPS label is also included to take your donation to your local facility. If your team cannot complete the box within two weeks of your scheduled event please contact your hope box coordinator as children are awaiting your Hope Box donation. We can all be Hope Heroes, thank you for packaging happiness and smiles for a child in your local hospital.
