Paws with Purpose is excited to announce our second annual Paws with Purpose walk to take place at Joe Creason Park on Sunday, April 22, 2018 at 2:00pm. This event is an opportunity for many PWP volunteers and supporters, along with our four-legged friends, to enjoy the afternoon walking the historic Joe Creason Park walking trail located within the beautiful Beargrass Creek Nature Preserve. Sponsorship and registration fees support our mission to provide highly skilled service dogs, free of charge, to individuals with disabilities who reside in Louisville and Southern Indiana.

We have over 10K eggs that need to be stuffed with candy and another 3K that need to be stuffed with dog treats!!

Several days I've scheduled, but if you have a group that works better on a different day/time, then we can make it work!!

Opportunity Details

We are in need of 12 to 15 volunteers to greet guests, distribute food and if comfortable, pour wine at various locations around the gardens.

Volunteer Times: 2 – 6 p.m.

Opportunity Details

Warm up your running legs with a fun run and walk benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities Detroit.

Volunteers will be assigned different duties to help with race activities, such as: check-in/registration, food and water stations, handing out medals, course marshals, and more.
