Luminario Ballet's Annual Gala Fundraiser helps support our wonderful ballet and aerial dance companies programs in CA and around the US throughout the year. Our volunteers help us with everything about the event: organizing, promoting, and managing the Gala with set up/take down, check-in, Silent Auction, Fund A Need, Awards, taking donations via credit card, and welcoming our donors and audience!
Luminario also presents a low cost general audience the same evening- so our donors and general audience enjoy a wonderful ballet and aerial dance presentation together.
Our programming matches the best performances in the US, and in order to continue presenting our work, we rely on our Gala donors to keep us afloat!
Event location is in Hollywood
There are usually two trainings prior, the first is an orientation to meet everyone and get acquainted with volunteer tasks, the second meeting is the day before the event for lunch and assigning of tasks. Sometimes we ask for help bringing the gift bag items or other supplies.
