Your responsibility as a database administrator (DBA) will be the performance, integrity and security of a database. You'll be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as in troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.
Essential Tasks:
Monitoring and maintaining databases.
Ensure that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly.
Performing requested changes, updates and modifications to database structure and data.
Adding or modifying system/user permissions to databases or database servers
Generating various reports by querying from the database as needed.
Manage the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database.
Qualifications required:
BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or Mathematics preferred.
Exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Skills & Competencies:
Proven expertise in query optimizing and dramatically improving database performance.

Seeking an innovative and dedicated graphic designer to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for taking conceptual design ideas and creating visual representations of them, both electronically and in print.
Essential Tasks:
Sit in on conceptual design meetings and offer educated opinions.
Determine voice and messaging for graphic design pieces.
Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects.
Select colors, font, images, and layout.
Create visualizations (either by hand or via a software program) which convey accurate messaging and undertones as dictated by the project.
Develop product illustrations, logos, website graphics, etc. as needed.
Present designs to stakeholders and applicable teams.
Implement feedback and changes when appropriate.
QA designs for errors.
Pass final design to development or publishing teams for release.
Qualifications required:
A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, design, or art preferred (extensive experience in the field may also be acceptable).
Experience with Quark Xpress, InDesign, and Photo Shop a plus.

Purpose of the role: Assist in the effective operation of our Support Hub; talking and assisting people in our Support Hub, often in need or in crisis (always supported by paid staff)

• Welcoming Service Users to the service, covering key areas of access (the Door and reception)

• Supporting Service Users to attend external appointments – acting as an advocate
• Supporting Service Users to open NFA Bank Accounts
• Clean UK driving Licence and willingness to drive a Minibus is desirable

• Welcome customers to the Hope Centre and the services it offers.
• Helping service users to fill forms in.
• Offer encouragement to join in activities and workshops.
• Supporting with distribution of clothing and toiletries and maintaining stocks on reception desk
• Monitoring the environment in the Skills Hub and reporting any incident or challenging behaviour to the Support Workers or Management
