We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team!
What you’ll do:
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our nonprofit organization
- Support data management efforts, including data import/export, data cleaning, and - maintaining data integrity within Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals and priorities
- Stay informed about Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to our Salesforce instance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM, either through coursework, internships, or entry-level positions
- Experience in providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce users
- Ability to analyze data within Salesforce using reports, dashboards, and queries to provide insights and support decision-making
- Knowledge of data management best practices and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to meet nonprofit-specific challenges
- Salesforce Administrator/Consultant certification preferred

What you’ll do:
- Manage the organization's reputation, enhance its visibility, and cultivate positive relationships with various stakeholders
- Manage strategic communication planning, media relations, crisis management, brand promotion, and event coordination
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive media outreach and response
- Pitch story ideas and secure media placements in online and social media outlets
- Write and edit press releases, media advisories, articles, and other PR materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and promotional efforts

What we’re looking for:

- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads, donors, and external partners

- Ensure that grant proposals are submitted in a timely manner and meet all requirements and guidelines set forth by funding organizations

- Seek support for our organization and cause from larger corporate and or foundational entities
