Established in 2014, The Knowledge House (TKH) is a national workforce development nonprofit preparing overlooked talent for high-growth careers in tech. Starting in the South Bronx, TKH has expanded its programs to Newark, Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, and Washington D.C. Even after graduating, TKH offers wraparound support services to its alumni and fellows. Come help us to support the next generation of tech talent!

The Innovation Fellowship (IF) supplies adult learners with in-demand technology skills in cyber security, data science, and web development. This year-long program has fellows complete portfolio projects, and obtain technical certifications.

We are looking for up to 90 volunteers to join us for a 1-hour speed mentoring session. As a volunteer, you’ll station break-out rooms on Zoom to hold a series of one-on-one conversations with our fellows. These conversations are timed, and meant to encourage questions. Consider topics relating to careers in technology, speaking with interviewers, and networking. Advice and insight from volunteers helps our fellows to understand how they can pursue a career in technology.
