Learn to serve Community of Tanzania (LESCOTA) is looking for support of online volunteers with strong proficiency in managing and/or have experience with non-profit online fundraising. We are planning to use online fundraising platforms effectively and raise funds for us to continue construction of our Mango pre and primary English medium school in a rural village of Matekela, Tanzania. The volunteers will advise us how to use the chosen fundraising platform effectively and guide us all the way in doing it. The online volunteers will help search, promote, connect and/or engage donors and sponsors to support our projects by donating to our projects funding appeal.
The volunteers will work with the program director. They must have strong teamwork and fundraising skills. All meetings and communications will be done via Skype, whatsapp and email exchange.

Opportunity Details

The Archangels will be hosting their third Veterans Victory Celebration in support of Veterans Day and is held to honor and support those who have served, are serving, and the communities that support them. The event includes a program and tributes to military and veterans well as balloon twisters, face painters, rocks walls for climbing, bounce houses, dunk tank, military Humvee (HMMWV) pull, free t-shirts, custom coins for service personnel, ID (dog) tags, swag bags, cake, refreshments, and much more! The event also features vendors that offer support to persons for PTSD and fighting suicide as well as other vendors such as body armor companies, military and police supply companies, and many more.
