All equipment must be in good working order
Data security is our No 1 priority
(All data is securely wiped using specialist data erasure software. We are registered with the Environment Agency and are fully compliant with WEEE regulations.)
We do not accept printers, phones, tablets, iPads, scanners, servers,
CRT monitors and PCs with Vista, XP or Windows 7.

L'Amicale de Drancy cherche à accroître sa présence digitale par le développement et la maintenance de son site internet, ainsi que l'enrichissement et la production de nouveaux contenus : archives en ligne, témoignages auprès d'anciens internés et déportés, vie de l'association auprès des familles lors des commémorations, galerie photos, mémoire de l'association etc.Les volontaires permettront:
- d'entretenir le site : mise à jour du site, des bases, de l'arborescence etc.
- de numériser les archives existantes et de les publier
- de rédiger de nouveaux contenus en accord avec le Bureau et d'entretenir le calendrier éditorial etc.
- de couvrir les événements, commémorations et activités physiques et d'en proposer une compte rendu écrit ou audio, etc.
Cette mission est récurrente tout au long de l'année.

The teams thrive when they receive a variety of education and mentorship from school, their parents, and from professionals working in engineering or other STEM fields. Volunteers can contact the booster club and we will match them to the grade level, school, and program that best fits your interest as a mentor. You will work with the team and help them with brainstorming, problem solving, learning the iterative engineering process, and/or technical areas such as engineering concepts or programming methods. You'll likely work with one team but we are also open to speaking engagements, workshops, tours, or getting your support as a volunteer at one of our fundraising events. In any case, your help will be greatly appreciated!

Key to our sustainability success is our student sponsorship program. Individuals and organizations that contribute a minimum gift amount each year are eligible to be matched with one of our students. These special donors are provided a photo update of their student three times during the school year, Fall, Winter, and Spring. Updated photos and profiles of each student are obtained from our school personnel in Haiti.
Your Tasks
- Maintain our current list of sponsors and the details of their student match
- Obtain updated photos and student information from our personnel in Haiti, in preparation for sending sponsor updates
- Creatively craft and send updates for sponsors for the Fall, Winter, and Spring updates using MailChimp
You Are
- Comfortable using web-based platforms; familiar with MailChimp or similar cloud-based marketing software
- Able to work with visual software mediums like Adobe Photoshop, Ribbet, and/or Canva
- Solid written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and write compelling as the updates are a means for our donors to connect with our work in Haiti
- Willing to work in a remote team setting and meet deadlines
