This role is crucial in spreading the word about our mission to provide technology education opportunities for Pasifika youth. By volunteering your skills, you'll directly contribute to growing our community impact and inspiring more young people to explore careers in technology.

RightsTech Women (RTW) is a Geneva-based non-profit that advances the human rights of girls and women in STEM fields. It works towards equitable representation of girls and women in STEM education and employment by 2030.We're looking for volunteers to help us with any of these functions:
- be a technical coach during one of our upcoming trainings for women and girls (in-person in Geneva, Switzerland (FR/EN), or online) (topics: data science, Python, programming, etc.)
- deliver a professional skills training (like on leadership, communication or other career development skills)
- help us develop trainings on financial literacy for women in STEM;
- marketing, social media, communications; or,
- fundraising for our three main programs: (1) STEM capacity building for girls and women (free workshops), (2) research work, and (3) our UN advocacy program for girls and women in STEM.
Please note: You do not have to be female to be one of our volunteers. :)

In addition, students may not be receiving or understanding the CS knowledge and skills that can lead to advanced work in these areas. We would like to convene a gathering to get help understanding what the commonalities and differences are across Data, Cyber, Quantum, AI so that we can set up some learning experiences for teachers and coherent pathways for students.It would be great to get experts in AI, Cyber, Data, and Quantum to spend a day with us (Date TBD) to discuss this important topic.
