We are in search of responsible volunteers to staff the concession stand during our 3 day State championship swim meet event starting on Friday evening, March 13th through Sunday evening March 15th. The swim meet draws in over 600 swimmers from YMCA's throughout the state of Indiana. Our swim team, the Michiana Stingrays, have won the state meet championship for the past 13 consecutive years. The volunteers will allow other willing parents to volunteer in other vital areas of the swim meet. Ideally we would prefer 4 volunteers per shift. All proceeds will be used to in an effort to upgrade the current swim meet software, Meet Manager.

Our Organization is overwhelmed with documentation that must be filed. Our team is very small, and files accumulate more rapidly than they can be organized categorically. We need assistance to maintain orderly files of our program operations.

With over 3,000 youth involved in various education programs at the Manitowoc County Historical Society, there is a lot of prep work to create the materials needed for students. You can help prepare hands-on living history materials for upcoming homeschool and school visits. These tasks will provide an interactive learning experience that students will remember long beyond their visit. With these interactive tools, we are better able to tell the story of our past. Together we can make it happen.

We are seeking some computer based help for our Marine research project in the Mediterranean!
While we will sail from Greece to the norther Adriatic in a mission to replant seagrass meadows we need to reach out to a network of Diving bases and marine field stations along the way to work with. Since on board we are usually limited when it comes to internet, it would be amazing to have land based help to set up the meetings along the way and start conversations with the centers along the coast!

Warren County Habitat for Humanity is exploding with activity this year! As always, we are building houses, operating a wonderful ReStore and serving low-income and/or disabled elderly with our Hope in the Hills program. But this year, we are finishing the renovation of our building on Belvidere Avenue, to create a community center, to serve teens, seniors and crisis groups. We have selected two families this year for upcoming builds in Franklin Township, one of which will be an exciting Blitz Build, erecting and completing the home in 10 days. We are more than excited! None of what we do can be accomplished without the generosity of others. We appreciate how you have participated in the past and ask you to join us again in our popular elegant evening of food, fun and giving from the heart.

Our annual fundraiser, Beams & Dreams – Raise Your Voice, will offer a Gourmet Buffet, outstanding Entertainment, as well as Raffle Prizes, Live and Silent Auctions and Swag Bags for each attendee. The extravaganza will be held Saturday April 18, 2020 at 6pm at Hawk Pointe Golf Club, Washington, NJ.
