We are looking to create a web page and social media plan for promoting the event. We are providing an opportunity for the community to come together and see/touch vehicles that are used throughout the community. This will be our 3rd year. Through sponsorships we are looking at this as a fundraiser for the local Kiwanis Club activities, however the event itself is free to the community and truck participants. We would like to create a more streamline method for registering trucks and recruiting sponsorships. We are also looking to promote the event in the community and create a "buzz". Our clubs focus is increasing literacy with the children in our community.
