We are building a 75 ft. Hight Tunnel out of -TRAMPOLINES! We’ve collected multiple trampolines that were damaged in storms and are repurposing them into our new High Tunnel for our Sustainable Education Farm in Kernersville. This new space will be vital for winter growing, season extension, and for starting new seeds. Our interns will then be able to learn about growing in this new space. Our Trampoline High Tunnel will give us new space to hold winter classes in too.

Other volunteer work for the day includes weeding, tarping areas, mulching beds, planting, and moving materials. This is a 4 acre Sustainable Education Farm so there is plenty of space for social distancing. All work is outside in fresh air. Projects for any skill level.

Individuals can volunteer with RE-volv to identify nonprofit organizations in their communities that could benefit from solar energy and help connect these nonprofits to solar financing through RE-volv. Through self-guided and in-person training options, RE-volv will give participants all the tools necessary to solarize a local nonprofit. Our nonprofit partners save on their electricity costs while RE-volv reinvests their monthly payments into more nonprofit solar projects in communities across the country. This creates a revolving fund for solar energy that continually perpetuates itself, building more and more solar exponentially over time. It's a pay-it-forward model for solar energy we call the Solar Seed Fund.
