ICPSD is a nonprofit organization that supports empowering and entrusting communities to be at the center of their own development in Africa. We value collaborative and innovative change making. At the heart of these values is the desire to support people as leaders and stewards of their own growth and development. As a volunteer at ICPSD, you will help further our mission and build capacity both internally and externally in the communities we serve.

As a Graphic Design/Content Creation volunteer at ICPSD, you will:
- Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design.
- Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in their posting on social media, the blog, email, and other channels.
- Help with other design needs such as presentations, signage, and reporting collateral as needed.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.
- Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Work as a part of the team with Executive Director, board members and potentially other volunteers.

Looking for a volunteer with:
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop or other)
- Expertise in social media design.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- A problem solving, hands-on mentality.
- A desire to learn and help in anyway possible.
- A desire to be part of something great that positively impacts society.
- A proactive mentality and able to collaborate remotely.

This position is strictly ‘volunteer’ and is an unpaid position.

ICPSD was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in the state of Idaho in 2012. Official operations began and 501(c)(3) tax status was received in January of 2015.

-Wear closed-toed shoes that can stand up to mud.
