Our vision is to restore the natural balance for Bornean orangutans. Their survival is at risk solely due to human impact, pushing them to the brink of extinction.

Our mission is two-fold. First, we save orangutans in immediate danger through rescue, rehabilitation, and re-introduction to protected rainforests. Second, and equally important, we protect and restore their wild habitat by working alongside the native communities bordering them.

We are now using Salesforce as our primary CRM system and am looking for people who can assist in the regular management, monthly import process, and buildout of special projects (like automated adoption certificates) within the system. If you are interested please let us know.

The kitchen team is key in delivering FoodwithLove services to the disadvantaged at their homes. We give a lot of care and attention to the food we deliver, as for many - it is the only meal they will eat that day.

Social Media Volunteer
The social media volunteer works closely with the US director to create engaging content for Ecosystem Restoration Camps' social media presence among a US audience, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new ways of connecting with audiences.

Responsibilities:
 Help create and maintain a social media plan
 Use social media to promote the activities and achievements of Ecosystem Restoration Camps US-focused activities
 Update social media channels on a regular basis
 Encourage others to comment on posts and share them with others
 Develop and manage content for our website and social media, such as Facebook & Linkedin
 Select relevant channels to reach our stakeholders and diverse audiences
 Take part in monthly teleconference meetings with committee members
 Test content and review its impact
 Stay up to date with Ecosystem Restoration Camps US-focused events and news, and deciding what to promote through our social media feeds
 Ability to develop publicity materials is an asset

PURE Initiative is always looking for volunteers to help clean the waterways in Tampa Bay. Whether you bring your kayak to help in the water or follow onshore, there is plenty of trash to be cleaned!

Kayakers will go out on the water promptly at 8 AM and walkers who pick up trash along the shoreline will head out at 8:30 AM. Gloves, trash bags, and Covid-friendly items such as hand sanitizer and masks are provided.
