Hello! Post prom is attended by Juniors and Seniors of Brownstown High School following their Prom dance. This special night provides a safe, alcohol-free, drug-free and fun environment for our students to spend the night after prom with friends.

Because the safety and well-being of our high school students is our top priority, we are planning a memorable, all-night Post Prom party that includes entertainment, prizes, games and refreshments.

Seed growing/propagation of indigenous Australian native plants. This requires volunteer growers to undertake training (about 3-4 hours) and then commit to caring for seedlings over the summer/autumn months (about a 5-6 month commitment). This is a good old fashioned litter cleanup in honor of the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day!

The quickest way to make a positive improvement in the local environment is to simply remove litter and debris from our shared community. We have once again chosen an Earth Day clean up of a high profile, pretty road, which is marred by litter and debris. The negative impact on the environment is magnified, because all storm drains in the area drain directly to the Great South Bay. Road litter becomes marine litter!

Northwell Health and Keep Islip Clean host the event annually and we are always joined by dozens of volunteers from other corporate groups, as well as community residents. It's fun...and it's also important work.
