Each year, thousands of people across the country join the Bike MS volunteer team. From event set-up to providing safety and support for riders at the event, volunteers make Bike MS happen, and are the foundation of why Bike MS is the largest cycling fundraising event in the country.

Opportunity Details

The purpose of this volunteer opportunity is to have volunteers run our concession stand during our annual dance recital. Having volunteers will allow our parents that already give SO generously of their time, to have the opportunity to watch their children shine onstage during recital. Volunteering will consist of taking payment for concessions, making change and handing out snacks.

We are looking for volunteers to assist us in our outreach and education efforts with rural tribal communities in New Mexico. This may include working with communities to implement four-season food and water production systems to withstand the temperature extremes often seen in New Mexico.

Empowering Culpeper is a food distribution center serving Culpeper County, which operates on the third Saturday of each month at Culpeper United Methodist Church. The program is 100% volunteer-led, and volunteers are needed to receive and unpack food, facilitate food pick-up, and maintain monthly operation. Opportunity Details

Jewish Food and Art Festival will take place on Sunday, May 19 from 11 am - 5pm. We will feature Jewish food for sale, Jewish Artists selling their pieces of original art, Jewish music, and a kids entertainment area. We will hold a raffle during this time as well and will be raising money to support the Jewish family service food pantry which services the entire community. This event serves as an outreach initiative for our community and we are looking for volunteers to help run the day.

Opportunity Details

Our annual Vrbica Luncheon is a regular spring-time event. The luncheon brings together children and parents from the community, and serves as a fundraiser for our folklore group, whose mission is to broaden awareness of the richness of traditional Serbian dance. The folklore group holds regular dance practices, and performs at various festivals all over the Chicago region.
