CCHF's Surf and Turf Crab Feed is one of two major fundraisers to support our work of improving the quality of life and care for persons impacted by inherited bleeding disorders. This annual event for over 500 people is a popular one on the crab feed circuit and includes an all-you-can-eat meal, silent auction and live auction of some delicious desserts. Among other programs - the funds raised help support Camp Hemotion - a camp where children and youth with bleeding disorders can safely engage in typical summer camp experience and also interact with peers who face similar challenges. For many of these children it is their only opportunity to develop some independence from mom and dad.

100% of all sales at our concession stand go back into Defiance Fastpitch Softball League. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays between the hours of 5:00-8:00 PM. Games are 5:15 pm and 6:45 pm. We have a concession stand coordinator, so the duties would be to help with set up and tear down as well as working at the concession stand during our softball games. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in the community as games are full of parents, grandparents, family, and friends in the Defiance community.
